  25. Which is why AmigaTech could use the name Mindwalker without fear
  26. of Trademark lawyers busting their kneecaps. The game is long
  27. out of production, and off the market and since Escom bought all
  28. the intellectual property of C= they're free to re-use old
  29. product names on new products. (As far as I know.. I'm no
  30. lawyer).

  32. Voyager is a trademark of Carina (or is it Carinna) Software for
  33. their Amiga/PC/Mac Astronomy program which is still current and
  34. on the market.
